Email not synching?

 When you are just starting using Yoxel Portal the email forwarding engine scans back only a couple of days of your emails and only your new emails are actively picked up.

 The engine is doing thread discovery for every new message so over time it will forward older conversations into Highrise also.

 If you want to bring in more old email conversations right away let us know, we can make the engine re-scan more of your old emails.

 There is also the “import starred/flagged email” mode. With that you can force specific old conversations into Highrise by starring/flagging them in your Gmail/Outlook. But it will import everything that is starred/flagged so use this mode judiciously.
