Sync contacts, tasks, events and log email conversations

Things to expect from the Salesforce sync:

Contacts:

  1. Contacts can be synchronized to one or multiple Gmail and/or Exchange accounts
  2. All your contacts or only certain subsets can be synchronized
  3. Built-in similarity analysis prevents creating duplicate records
  4. Team synchronization for multiple users prevents data loss in cases of conflicting updates

Tasks:

  1. Yoxel will sync only your Salesforce tasks
  2. Yoxel will sync the tasks to Gmail/Outlook appending #<What/Who Type>#<What/Who Name> suffix
Events:

  1. Yoxel will sync only your Salesforce events
  2. Yoxel will sync the events to Gmail/Outlook appending #<What/Who Type>#<What/Who Name> suffix
Email:

  1. Automatic discovery and tracking of relevant email conversations
  2. Conversation logging in Salesforce, linking to multiple related contacts
  3. Email conversations can be tracked in multiple mailboxes, of multiple users
